Go to SE38 transaction and then run as follow:
Click on the box and choose Gold Partner and Execute.
After this execute as follow on the SE38 and check from Solman_Workcenter.

How to reloading customers oss notes
You were upgraded Solman from 7.1 to 7.2 and you need reload all incidents.
Go to SE38 transaction and then run as follow:
Click on the box and choose Gold Partner and Execute.
After this execute as follow on the SE38 and check from Solman_Workcenter.
